Killarney 9 hour champions
The event saw the crowning of a new champion and a few surprises.

The 2022 South African Endurance Series ended on a high note at the Western Cape Killarney circuit on Saturday, when the Cape 9 Hour race yielded dramatic racing and made history.
The race was won by the MJR Audi R8 of Luca Engstler, Andrew Rackstraw and Kwanda Mokoena.
In the process, 18-year old Mokoena became South Africa’s first black endurance sports car racing champion.
Second, three laps behind, were Xolile Letlaka/Tschops Sipuka and Shaun White in their Into Africa Lamborghini Huracan.

Second day of East London double-header
Another big congratulations to drivers Kwanda Makoena & Tschops Sipuka & the MJR Motorsport team for taking first place in the SAES Round 4 race. Well done!

Congratulations to drivers Kwanda Makoena & Tschops Sipuka & the MJR Motorsport team for taking first place in the SAES Round 3 race.
Well done to Marius Jackson and the MJR Motorsport team, finishing 6th place and taking 2nd place in the ProAM class in the SA GT round 5 race.
Unfortunately driver Kwanda Makoena was not able to complete the SA GT race due to a burst tire.
Best of luck to all for tomorrow’s races!
The start of 2022
New year, new car!
We had our first race for the year this past weekend at Killarney Race Track in Table View, Cape Town. It was also Marius Jackson’s first race with the GT3 and it was a great weekend! We look forward to the new year and all the upcoming events. We got this!

Kyalami 9 Hour 2021
The MJR Motorsport team participated in the Kyalami 9 hour for the first time with drivers Marius Jackson, Mo Mia, and Mikaeel Pitamber. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely do it again in 2022! We are very proud to have completed the full 9 hours.

Phakisa, our first time.
We had our first race at Phakisa Raceway this weekend. Friday came with wind and rain and the eagerness on a wet track did not work out too well as our driver, Marius Jackson, went off the track and got stuck in the run-off area. No harm is done luckily and he got pulled out, got back on, and off we go. Saturday came and the weather was better but still getting the hang of a new track just did not seem to happen for us this weekend. The day was incident free but we can only say that we will be back and we will do better.
